JR Holding Groups exists for one reason: to help people who need a job find one. We work with job seekers at every stage, including people between jobs, people just starting out, people re-entering the workforce after time away, and anyone who's ready to work but needs a company willing to give them a real, fair look. We never charge candidates a fee to apply, search, or get placed.
Our Mission
Finding work shouldn't mean sending out a hundred applications into the void. Our mission is to shorten the distance between "looking for work" and "hired," for the person applying and for the business trying to fill a seat. We do that by keeping our job listings current and real, actually reading every application that comes in, and staying in touch with candidates through the process instead of leaving them guessing. A resume doesn't tell the whole story of what someone can do, and we try not to treat it like it does.
