Customer Service Representative

Job Description

We're looking for a dependable, friendly Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers. You'll answer inbound calls, chats, and emails, look up account information, walk customers through common questions, and escalate anything more complex to a senior teammate. Full training is provided, since we care more about your attitude and reliability than prior call-center experience.
